Rev. Asa Michael Kain and his wife Gwen Kain are the Senior Pastors of the Church since 1981.  Pastor Kain also served as the General Superintendent/Chairman of the Bangladesh Assemblies of God from 1990 to 2009.

He is involved in many other mission and other organization in the country. He is presently the Chairman of Pentecostal Asia Mission (PAM).  He is also the Vice Chairman of Pentecostal Mission Commission of the Pentecostal
World Fellowship. He is currently serving as the Member of SAMA Link providing mission leadership for Southern Asian Missions. 

He travels extensively all around the world encouraging leaders and Pastors, holding Pastors', Workers' and Mission Conferences and Seminars.He has written several position papers and articles on different issues and has authored a book on ministry in the restricted context.

There is a team of 20 pastors who form the Pastoral team. Rev. Kalyan Biswas is the Associate Pastor along with Pastor Freek, Pastor Jacob Park, Pastor Lutfor John, Pastor Shumon and other branch pastors in Dhaka city along with other pastors for different ministries.

The Kains have two children and one grand child.
